Specialising in Regenerative Medicine and deep, true healing, all-naturally, I’m very picky about what I put into (and onto) my body. So, although I don’t have much time or passion for cooking, until I find plant-based, whole-foods restaurants that make delicious, balanced meals from wild, organic vegetables, legumes, whole grains, fruits, nuts and seeds, where the ingredients are properly cleansed, and deliciously prepared, without the use of free oil or any other refined products, I’d rather cook myself.

Over the years, I developed my own collection of real-world, no-nonsense, practical recipes for healthy, deeply satisfying and nourishing, energising and electrifying, oil-free, plant-based whole-food recipes to get me what I want, with the minimum amount of time and energy required, using only simple, natural, alive ingredients.

Most dishes take less than 15 minutes of preparation time. No need to cook Michelin-star masterpieces. Of course, if you have the time and enjoy cooking, or have guests, feel free to fancy everything up. But for those of you, who have a limited amount of time to spend in the kitchen, let me tell you, you can have it all.
