Curingology Grey Hair

We, as human beings, do not like change. So when women, and sometimes even men, start turning grey, they often feel like the world is crashing down on them. Like everything is changing. While you may make peace with it and gracefully transition into a silver vixen or a silver fox, you must know that we always have a choice.

Getting older does NOT equal grey hair. But even if this information didn’t find you early enough, don’t bombard yourself with chemicals from colour through your scalp every two weeks. There are so many natural ways to cover grey hair!

But First, What Really Causes Grey Hair?

1. Genetic Impact
Premature greying, such as at 25, may be attributed to your genetics. If your parents or grandparents had a premature greying problem, you too are at a greater risk of experiencing the same. However, a genetic potential is just that: a potential. It loads the gun. But certain physical causes must be present at the same time to pull the trigger.

2. Medical Causes
Studies have shown that chronic health issues, like chronic constipation, sinusitis, anemia, or problems with the thyroid gland can lead to premature greying. In fact, hyperthyroidism is one of the main factors for greying. Geying also often co-appears with chronic skin disorders, such as vitiligo. These all can be cured, all naturally.

Intelligent Indulgence3. Nutritional Deficiencies
Especially if you have low tissue levels of Vitamin B12, iodine, copper, iron, proteins, amino acids, and folic acids, you are more likely to get grey hair. An improper diet low on phytonutrients causes a nutritional imbalance in the body and often shows itself on your hair and skin. Nourish your cells with the right foods!

If you want healthy hair, along with a long, joyful, healthy life, in an incredible body, the foods you eat absolutely MUST be clean, whole, natural foods that fuel, nourish, energise and satisfy your body, without adding to your acidity and toxicity levels. More on this in my book Intelligent Indulgence.

4. Overexposure To Chemicals And Heat
The overexposure to chemicals from shampoos and ‘treatments’ with chemicals, as well as heat from blowdryers damage your scalp and hair, and can also cause greying. Chemicals also get absorbed into your body, leading to further harm.

5. Dehydration
Dehydration damages your health and also worsens your hair quality. Consuming plenty of purified water helps flush toxins out of your body through your kidney and skin, while keeping your hair conditioned.

6. Smoking
Studies have linked premature greying to smoking as well.

7. Mental Stress
This is a huge one. Stress over an extended period of time causes a lot of damage to our bodies and can also cause greying of hair, gradually or sometimes even overnight, either directly, or indirectly, such as by lowering vitamin B levels in your body. Learn how to withstand stress. Breathe, ground, meditate.

8. The Toxic, Pathogenic Junk Surrounding Your Hair Follicles
You may not know it, but chances are high that your tissues are literally bathing in a toxic, pathogenic soup of all kinds of bacteria, viruses, mould, microscopic worms and other parasites, stealing your nutrients and manipulating your cellular function.

So as you can see, it is, as every health challenge, a complex situation that requires comprehensive care, and you will find all empowering answers and actionable information, and the most complete, all-natural, holistic healing guide in my book The Art of Healing.

Or let me help you tackle all underlying root causes and overcome your health challenges within a 3 month mentoring package . In any case, don’t bombard yourself with even more chemicals! There are so many natural ways to cover your grey hair, if you’e not ready to go the complete healing path yet.
